Great staff, booked me an appointment the next day, short wait at the clinic and were patient (it was the two kittens’ first visit) and took time to answer all of my questions. Would definitely recommend!
I've gone to town and country a few times and I've always gotten an excellent service. It is absolutely worth the drive from the Ottawa area even with the conversion rate rates it's cheaper and you're still getting great quality service for your pets.
Our puppy had his surgery at Town and Country Veterinary Clinic in Ogdensburg last week. He also had 4 baby teeth extracted while he was under anesthesia. The staff was wonderful helping us set up our appointment to have him neutered within a week of our call. They went over estimates of the fees, and then kindly rescheduled us at the last minute, when we wanted his baby teeth checked and removed, if necessary, to avoid unecessary anesthesia a second time. The staff was friendly, professional, and caring, and took excellent care of our 4 pound puppy. He never seemed uncomfortable or in pain and recovered quickly.
