“This service group is listed under HSS recommended for physical therapy. I choose this location becuase it opens on Saturday. It has 2 offices within the same buliding and was assign to Dr. Vinod for my Achilles tendor rupture recovery without surgery. He guided according to prescription and work diligently for my recovery. I was there for over 4 months and their equipment greatly enhance my ability to rebuilt my calf muscle due to wearing cam boot with heel fillers. Appreciated other support staff while I was there.“

“Dr. Justin Chen was thorough when he did a physical check to determine the cause of my Nay’s hip pain. What I appreciate the most is that, like my PCP, Dr. Chen himself called twice to share the blood test results. He added tests for iron, B12 and vitamin D levels after ruling out rhabdomyolysis from the first set of tests.

Doctors who do not delegate calls to inform their patients regarding blood test results, like Dr. Chen and my PCP, undoubtedly distinguish themselves from the rest of their counterparts!Nowadays, they are rare!!

Before having consulted with Dr. Chen, I concluded that my PCP was the only doctor who calls to convey test results. My PCP belongs to my baby boomers’ generation. Dr. Chen is generations younger; hence, he’s a gem of a find in my book!“

“Well, I’ve been suffering from Bells palsy for the past 10 years my third episode it was really brutal. I’ve tried everything from prednisone to Val Clavier, electric dental , Botox acupuncture, which I’m currently doing and then I found out from Osteostrong in Rockville center. They recommended this place purely simple I met Liz and then I met Anita. This technique of Micro Currency has really surprised me tremendously, not just because it’s helping the damaged muscles , but this application by going every week gives me hope and positive results . “I got Botox to slim my jaw muscles here. The promotional price was very affordable. The clinic environment is excellent and very clean. The staff is very efficient, and the entire process is very quick; you can complete a procedure in the time it takes to have a meal.“

“I tried Oak Street Health in KC, MO. They are AARP approved, therefore accepted Medicare and United Health Care. The commercials prompted me to check them out. My first visit was very thorough. Lots of tests to get the baseline. They stated they wanted to see me every 3-4 months. They also referred me out for bone density, electrocardiogram, cat scan, etc., for follow up to make sure my previous tests from my former residence in another state were tracked. For some reason, where I wanted my referrals to be sent, OSt Health could not get the correct referral numbers and I had to get the fax numbers and call Ost Health back to restart the process. Once my tests were completed, I received calls to discuss the results, but always talked to the nurse and not the Dr. And, after many times in returning their calls, always having to be transferred, I finally got the direct number to my local office. The first person i saw was not there on my second visit. Then when making my third visit appointment, another Dr was assigned to me. I now am choosing to go with a hospital system that is all inclusive, where everything is in one vicinity and all my information is within one system. Although Oak Street Health is good for some, I feel they, being the middleman, are too much bother for my preference.“

Dr. Haque explains medications clearly and takes the time to make sure you truly understand everything. What I appreciate most is her encouragement and genuine care for her patients’ well-being. “I’ve been seeing Dr. Liu at Scar Tissue Acupuncture on and off for about 4 years now — and honestly, the “on and off” part is my own fault because every single time I leave, I ask myself why I waited so long to come back.

It’s hard to describe unless you’ve experienced it yourself, but after every session, I genuinely feel like I can breathe again. I don’t even see Dr. Liu for respiratory issues — he’s been fixing the damage caused by years of an active lifestyle, stress, golf swings, workouts, carrying life on my back, and just getting older. I’m turning 40 soon, and Dr. Liu somehow keeps me moving.

At this point, I’m convinced he’s some kind of witch doctor performing black magic on pain points I’ve dealt with for years — pains I honestly thought I just had to live with. Tightness, aches, limitations… somehow he finds them all and resets my body every time.

Dr. Liu is the real deal. If your body feels worn down from life, work, training, parenting, or just pushing through the grind, go see him. I swear by him, and moving forward I’ll be seeing him routinely instead of waiting until my body waves the white flag.
