Based on the reviews, Harmony Healthcare Long Island at Freeport (South Ocean Care LLC) has a very nice staff. Dr Hawthorne is the best and very nice. Erika the receptionist has been the nicest person there, going above and beyond with paperwork. Dr Charles is retiring soon, but her new doctor was amazing too. The dentist, Dr Patel, and Victoria are so kind and patient, providing the best service ever. Dental with Dr Alexander and kirsys are very professional and explain everything well. NP Carelus has been an incredible person, making patients feel like they are visiting a friend. All the girls and the entire staff are amazing and great.
Dr. Kab-Perlman was my doctor. She was super sweet and understanding. I had my physician with her. All of the nurses were so helpful and nice to me. I had another nurse do my blood test. I switched to this clinic which is further away from where I live because they are so much better, kinder, and make it such a good experience for their patients. Never judgmental!
I had a great visit today at Harmony Healthcare Long Island. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The environment was clean, welcoming, and well-organized. Everyone took the time to answer my questions and provided excellent care. Dental Dr Alexander & Victoria and also Chelsea Are very Nice people, everything was very professional, from the care to there mannerism i got all the help i need to start smiling again I highly recommend this Dental facility to everyone there staff is amazing!
