This is the third time I have gotten hearing aids over a number of years. My insurance covered it for the first time. it took several visits to get things just right.
A special mold was made for them to fit just right. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I will at last be able to hear clearly with out concern of them falling out. So my recommendation is to be patient and persistent until they get it right. Both Andrew at the front desk and Sumit, the technician were very nice.
I went to the RVC office and the Valley Stream office. Both were fine. It was just a matter of when there was an available appointment.
Dr Catania is an excellent doctor. He is very patient and informative. I enjoyed my experiemcr. I would high reccommend him to anyone because he cares about the needs of his patients financially and emotionally. He does an excellent of getting the patient what they need
