I am writing this on behalf of my Father who recently went to his first appointment with Oak St Health. I was not present however when I spoke with him, he was very impressed with the facility (he said it was the cleanest office he has ever seen) and he was even more impressed by the staff. He mentioned how friendly everyone was and that they actually spoke to him. He also mentioned how the Dr stated that even if he didn’t have an appointment he was free to use the game/lounge room on site. I can thank you enough for how you treated my Father, I am very appreciate. Thank you

The staff is very professional, respectful, and welcoming.Oak Street Health provides transportation to the appointment and a return trip home.My appointment was the best doctor's appointment I've ever experienced.

I’m new patient in this office. ,I’m. fallowing Pollyanna, Wilson FNP-BC . From Jamaica office She is the best !! God bless her ?????? I’m very happy come to my appointments here , very nice place , nice staff .
