“Modern Roots Acupuncture is completely amazing. I have Crohn's disease and had tried both traditional and non traditional methods of handling my symptoms. After working with Rory, my symptoms are100% manageable and I no longer have any bleeding. I'm not sure that statement sounds as impactful as it teally is. I have struggled on and off with my crohn's disease for almost 2 decades. And with crohn's disease comes a lot of anxiety which Rory also has managed very effectively. Add to that I also suffer from low back pain and shoulder pain. And again Rory has worked miracles. His technique with both acupuncture and cupping are fantastic. He goes over any new or old symptoms with me each week when I go in for a session, and unlike with many other treatment centers, I never feel rushed. “Well I found out I had Alphagal which is an allergic reaction caused by a tick bite Whenever you eat anything from a mammal like beef, pork, lamb, milk, cheese etc...I would swellup up from anafalaxis by my mouth, lips, chin, eyes etc.. It was a nightmare and took a blood test to see if i was bit and when the results came back positive , I went to see the best man for the job, Dr Anthony Gordan, he had a treatment that would put small needles in my ear and leave them there for 3 weeks. He explained some people might need a 2nd treatment but let's see how this goes.
Well a few weeks later I was 80% cured .
It was a life changer since Alphagal could last up to 5 yrs for 80%of people but it's a life sentence for the other 20%.
If you have this problem I would highly reccomend this business because all the doctors told me there was no cure , only time will tell and now I have my life back.
