I would give him 10 stars if I could! Dr. Dean is very patient, kind, and understanding. He meets his patients where they are. I tend to get very anxious in medical settings due to previous experiences with other providers. Dr. Dean makes sure to check in frequently throughout my treatments. We also talk about the treatment in depth beforehand to ensure I know what to expect and have any concerns addressed. I admire the way he listens, supports and honors the needs of his patients. I love this place because of the atmosphere and it brings me peace just walking into his office. Dean is a great guy and a great mentor as well. Honestly I really lucked out getting an acupuncturist like him.
Great customer service, clean and great treatments for my French Bulldog. I could actually hear the adjustments! My dog was extremely happy afterwards and has better movement now.
