UPDATE- 03/14/24The persistent squirrels came back. WNY Wildlife & Exclusion had to come back to the house to replace a basement window that was broken. They believe the squirrels were coming in that way as well. It worked. We have not heard squirrels since. Again, they are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.I have been very happy with the service provided by WNY Wildlife & Exclusion. We had a problem with squirrels and bats. WNY Wildlife & Exclusion is thorough in trapping the squirrels and have been as persistent as the squirrels in helping to solve our problem. I would recommend them to anyone with these same issues.
WNY Wildlife & Exclusion has proven to be 100% reliable and professional in every way possible throughout my bat ordeal! The most important fact I am able to share with anyone who is seeking bat removal service is that bats are extremely hard wired to return home-even after exclusion. Everyone at WNY Wildlife is very knowledgeable, professional and attentive. Nick answered text and calls promptly and with compassion and regard for the strife I was experiencing in my home doing battle with bats. Top notch response and service. They came quickly after our first call and stuck with us despite very wiley squirrels until the problem was solved. They communicated with us through the process so we understood their strategy. Highly recommend.
