The reviews are truly misleading. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with every provider I have had here. I have been a patient for 7 years and all I can say is these providers truly care about their patients. Dr Gillotti and her PA Dillon are amazing and make you feel like they truly care about you and they do care!! It makes a true difference to have providers that truly care about their patients. I can't thank them enough for always being there for me when I needed them the most. Id give them 1000 stars all the way 5 isn't enough.

I ignored the bad reviews at first and decided to give this office a try myself. I can never get them on the phone. My husband needed a new doctor's office and he put in a request for a call back.. they never called. I was extremely ill a few days ago and was on hold for 17 minutes to get someone on the line for an appt, no one ever came to the phone so I hung up and called again, on hold for 6 minutes again and opted in for a call back and never got one. It's been four days smh. Listen to the reviews!

Dr.Szymanski is awesome, been going to see him for medical care for many many years. The office staff are great as well as the other doctors who practice here.. I highly recommend this office in Wheatfield ny
