Joshua is a knowledgeable and highly professional HVAC contractor who works with you to meet your specific needs. During the initial consultation, he came to my home and presented a full range of options, not just the one I had originally asked about, so I could make an informed decision. He clearly explained the pros and cons of each choice, offered honest recommendations, and patiently answered all of my questions while respecting my preferences.

Josh sent a crew to replace my old oil boiler with a high efficiency propane boiler. They arrived on time each day and completed the installation as promised in the time frame they quoted me. I cleared a work area for them and they kept it organized the whole time. They also removed any debris that was a result of the installation. Everyone was professional and knew what they were talking about. They were also meticulous to the smallest detail.

I did a project with Holmes Mechanical this year to install a new heating and cooling solution at our house. I cannot say enough good things about this company. You might find better prices, but you might also find yourself unhappy with the end result. With Holmes - Josh will not let that happen. He will make sure you get what you expect and that it is done right. A lot of time was spent working with me to ensure we had the right solution and they got creative in sourcing equipment to get my project done on time with within budget.
