We recently made the decision to replace our 35-year-old oil furnace and reached out to four different heating experts. After meeting with Juan from Upstate Heating and Plumbing, we knew we didn’t need to look any further. His deep knowledge of various propane systems truly impressed us. He took the time to visit our home, carefully mapped out the propane setup, and walked us through every step of the process.

In less than 48 hours, our new furnace was up and running. Although there were a few hiccups as the system was being calibrated, Juan and his wife Michelle were incredibly attentive. They even sent a technician out on a Sunday, which wasn’t necessary, but the level of customer care blew us away. The technician was professional, and the issue was quickly resolved.
