We installed a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat multi-zone system with three mini-splits, and the workmanship and professionalism from the entire team were outstanding. Everything was explained clearly, the installation went smoothly, and they made sure we understood how to operate and maintain the system before they left.

I do have solar but not at night, so I wanted to add usage from national grid. 1500sq ft house, it's been 80F or higher for 3 straight days and this pic is on an overcast day with rain. House holding at 71. No electric hot water heater or cooking but I do have a large hot tub and electric dryer. Just wow!!

Loved it this was my first experience here and I will most definitely be back again! The salt room is great and honestly super child friendly as well I brought my 11 year old who was very pleased with it. tea or water and hand and foot massage with hot rocks!!! Yess plz!!!

I made a trip to Malone today from Lake Placid to pick up a few things. I decided to bring along my king and queen comforters to see if there was a laundromat I could wash them in as my washer and dryer in my house isn’t big enough. I googled laundromats in Malone and three popped up, but one was closed and the reviews for East End Laundry were pretty good so I chose to do it here. What an amazing experience, the place was immaculate. The machines were beautiful and worked really well getting my comforters, nice and clean and dried quickly. I had never seen dryers that rotated clockwise for a couple minutes and then reversed counterclockwise to keep your laundry from just turning into a ball. The whole ambience of the laundromat was a great experience…the comfy chairs, the blue stools next to the folding tables,the clean bathrooms, the TVs. I even noticed how beautiful the floors were. I was a professional figure skater and was on tour for 10 years on the road throughout North America and had to do my laundry while on the road in laundromats. East End Laundry is the nicest laundromat I’ve ever been in. Lake Placid should take notes… I made the mistake of going to that laundromat once and I won’t go back. Thank you for making a mundane task like doing laundry a great experience! 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My aide had to watch video and answer questions to stay currently employed. Was told it would only take an hour (took two) and would get paid for their time (they didn't sign a slip). Now I have to call to remedy the situation.
Wish i could take a pic of the Work that was DONE!!! No one wanted to give me an emergency call no matter what o offfered to pay I had a rental with no heat. I left a message with Joe and 1 hour later he calls tells me dont worry werre gonna take care of you. I never felt so sure of something , he guy arrived assesd it and the previous person put the blower on backwards caused the switch to burn out and the fan etc. He got the parts offered me a affordable option and then another option which would be slightly more. After it was all daid and done the price was beeyind fair and i wasnt charged a mergency call those usually are $2-300 plus what ever labor etc originally it was going to be $169 plux tax but i needed some parts etc he came back took care of that worrd it chaged stuff and it came up to $650. Fair isnt the word when i tell u no one would help literally no one. Not even on a emergency call even though he knew i was in a JAM he didnt take advantage of that or me. Thats surprising, he has my business for every and i hope he can have yours as well!!! Thank you JOE your the GOAT

This is definitely the pinnacle of north country barber shops. The last barber shops ive been to over the years make you feel like you should wear a suit and tie to get your hair cut. And for some people that is fine, but personally the feeling, atmosphere and overall looks of the interior are home-like. Like somewhere you can go and feel comfortable instead of feeling out in public. The prices are beyond reasonable for the fantastic work they do. I went in there to get my hair cut expecting to leave $40 broker and with a haircut that I don't even like but it was quite literally the polar opposite. I loved the work they did and paid the right amount. The first thing the barber did was ask for a reference like a photo instead of just wording out how I'd like my hair to look like. The last barber shops ive been to had multiple angles of the same simple haircut and they still cut too short. This barber KNEW what he was doing and thats what we need more of these days. People who make sure the customer gets what he asks for without charging a kidney. This was most definitely deserving of more than 5 stars and I would raise the rating if I could.
