The parts had to be ordered either way, so rather than charge me for the extra time to defrost the fridge and do the additional diagnosis, he ordered all the parts that may be needed and just returned what we didn’t use. He called me the day the parts came in so I could defrost it myself, and be ready for them to be installed. He is knows what he’s doing, and generally seems like a nice guy.
