Everyone was kind and courteous as well as being very efficient, quick, and thorough.

Your doctors within the Albany made system will be notified and making two follow up appointments. In addition to today’s visit was really easy. I highly recommend it for anyone that’s doesn’t wanna wait for a Primarydoctor appointment in a week when they need something urgent…

I am very grateful for the service they provided!

Visited earlier this week with acute bronchitis. The waiting room was full of patients and it took a long time for staff to work through the queue. I felt they were pretty efficient dealing with that patient load. One can't expect miracles when that many people are seeking treatment.
Once they got to me, I found the medical care to be responsive, thoughtful, and compassionate. Kudos to Sam (the admitting staff member) and Sara (the physicians assistant).
