Have not experienced this during the pandemic. I work In healthcare in addition to see many physicians, Dr Groos office takes the cake ! They have covered all and everything that potentially gets touched by others by sanitizing it immediately.There is also a note in the restroom to let staff know when you are done using it so someone can go in behind you to clean . The chair you sit in is sanitized as soon as you get up , the glasses touched after trying them on are placed in a sanitizer . The list goes in . Thank you for your hard work ! Your team is amazing !!!

My kids and I see Dr. Groo and we just love her. She's thorough, so knowledgeable and very personal. I always feel informed after our visits. She's great with kids and has seen mine since they were 18 months old. Anne and Cheryl are fantastic as well! We love visiting them for our glasses. Would highly recommend Hudson Valley Eye!
