Christine was so kind and professional. The whole session was grounded and mindful. Absolutely warm and welcoming. I have never felt more in tuned with my body. It’s legit the best yoga class I’ve ever been. I was never in front row and now it’s so beneficial to have a great teacher pointing you to the right direction.

Found this sweet little studio the weekend I dropped my daughter off at college. What a perfect place to do some yoga and get grounded and decompress after a busy, emotional weekend!! Susan's class was just what I needed! I will be back whenever I'm in the city visiting!
