This place is excellent- clearly driven by the desire to spread yoga as a practice and not as a performative space to show off your fancy yoga mat. Instructors and students all bring a very grounded energy to the place. The space is cozy and welcoming- highly recommend if you are looking for place to develop your practice at your own pace with great support.
Jaclyn was very knowledgeable about all the postures and took time to help students with corrections. She explained each pose and what your muscles should be doing. She also had such a warm, encouraging and cheerful disposition. I didn’t have a great experience here with a previous teacher but I will be back when Jaclyn teaches.
Had a class here thanks to ClassPass. It's a small space but clean and organized. The front desk person was very sweet as was the instructor. They were both very warm and welcoming. You can tell the instructor is very intune with what she practices and teaches. I really appreciated her aura, voice and overall demeanor. She had such positive and supportive vibes, the whole experience was calming despite performing some challenging poses. I walked out feeling relaxed, more centered and grateful.
