Always receive great service! The people Westlake are kind, helpful, and always go above and beyond. My drycleaning always comes back pristine and they even got the stains that I thought would be impossible out! I've been here countless times and will keep coming back.

I went here a couple of weeks ago to get my work pants hemmed. A very reasonable $20 per pair, I was pleased. I go back to get my suit jackets hemmed and it was going to cost almost $200 for 3 jackets. And the jackets aren't the traditional wool / cotton lined, they're an easy athletic fabric that dries quickly for my line of work. I asked why they were so much more expensive, and if she would be willing to give me a discount since I had so many that needed the same alteration. She told me no and to leave and find another place. So that's what I'll be doing. Very disappointed in the hospitality and customer service here. Got a top tailored here, they took in the straps and tailored the sides which were too big. They did a good job, I’m happy with the result and will bring more smaller alterations jobs here. Will update this review once I get more items tailored. Price was reasonable too.
