David was terrific! Initially, I went through my insurance for a locksmith to open my car door, but after hours of waiting for three different technicians, I gave up since they kept showing up at the wrong location and were generally unpleasant. I called Washington Heights Locksmith due to their proximity and reviews, and David arrived on time with his tools and a great attitude. Everything was finished within two minutes, and I found the experience to be very pleasant even though the situation was stressful. Pricing was fair and payment was easy. Highly recommend this company!
Eric replaced the lock on my front door today. He was on time, pleasant, and professional as usual. I would never use anyone else. The service is always friendly, and the prices are affordable.
