This is the most evolved and most challenging practice studio on the planet. Abbie's classes are mentally and physically rigorous, so you walk out more awake, more spherical and well-adjusted with a new york city nervous system.
This is my favorite yoga studio in the city. The theory is so beautiful and the practice is challenging in a way thats unexpected and different. I feel like my yoga practice has expanded is so many gorgeous ways after taking class here. Def recommend!
I’ve been exploring different yoga studios as a newbie and this one by far is my favorite. Took the class with Ty. It was a lot of fun and we all received plenty personal attention with stretching/ alignment. The students there were super friendly too.
