My favorite yoga studio in the city! I travel from Brooklyn just to attend. The instructors are absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable. Jean is the owner and she’s super down to earth and very gentle with her instructions. Jessica is quite possibly my favorite yoga instructor of all times. It’s always a moving meditation that i just happen to break a sweat in. Murphy is incredibly technical and patient. Can’t say enough great things and I also love the small class size and getting to know all the regulars. I always enter with all the stress of the city and leave feeling refresh and recharged. ❤️

Bowery Yoga is the type of place you go when you want to feel your best rather than feeling better than those around you. It's a place that offers comprehensive mats and blankets and blocks and straps and bolsters for free. It's the kind of place where teachers remember you, care about you, and care about your practice. It is not a factory, and it is not a place that values trends over substance. I could say a million lovely things about Bowery Yoga...but most of all, it's that I feel better when I leave than when I arrived, and I know that's due to small classes, teachers who care, and fellow attendees who are chill. Try it.

The Bowery Yoga is a new great discovery for me. I am in love with instructor Jessica. Her hand-on adjustments, notes about the poses and kind full presents made me understood more about yoga that many more past experiences. That’s so inspiring, that people can take care so much about you. Isn’t it what is yoga about?
