Had an absolutely wonderful experience here because of my masseuse, Rosella. She had incredibly calming energy and gave a great massage. I accidentally left my necklace at the spa, and she ensured that it got back to me. Thank you!

The Four Seasons downtown offers one of the best sanctuaries in the city. It’s a small spa tastefully designed with neutral tones throughout. The staff are friendly and competent and provide one of the best booking experiences I have ever had. Massages are wonderful, everyone is a seasoned therapist so you can’t go wrong:). Worth the splurge! Also opens on thanksgiving and other major holiday.

This is a Great hotel! It has excellent service, in a wonderful location and had amazing staff - especially the bellman Duran!!! The pool is a must see and it’s 25 metres long! Can’t wait to return on our next visit to NYC
