I have been coming here regularly to Lily for almost a year. She is absolutely amazing - makes customized recommendations, even if you come for one treatment, if you may be better suited for another based on how your skin looks that visit, she will talk to you about it and offer a swap. She does this without trying to upsell or make you feel pressured to buy more, she is genuinely advocating for your skin's well being. She is very knowledgeable about products and remedies to skin issues. She is patient and thorough, and you never feel rushed. I got the Deep Cleanse Facial with Tracey and she exceeded expectations!She made me feel comfortable and offered me a very specific product that helped my tired skin. Ever since I've followed her recommended skincare routine, my skin has been feeling great. Would love to go back for a facial massage next time! Let me start off by saying Lily is AMAZING. I have a history of always needing extractions for my facials and could never get the "facials are so relaxing" type of feel. That was until I had a deep cleanse facial with Lily. I had read in one of the reviews how she has Angel Hands... they did not lie. Facials are so relaxing to me now and Lily is very knowledgeable. I even fell asleep during an extraction! I highly recommend this place! I wish I had before an after pictures. My skin is doing so much better since my first visit.
