But they desperately need more people working at reception to check people in and deal with payment, scheduling, questions etc. some times of day are better than others but often there is only one person working the front desk and it could lead to a frustrating bottleneck leading to long wait times of like 15-20 mins or more just to check in. 5 stars if they hire more front desk staff“
