The La Prairie Spa truly delivers one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the customer service and hospitality were exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful in every detail. The team made me feel completely cared for and unrushed, creating such a serene and elevated atmosphere.

The treatments themselves were incredible. Every step felt intentional and luxurious, and you can truly feel the quality of La Prairie’s skincare throughout the experience. My skin was left firm, hydrated, and glowing — but beyond the results, it was the level of professionalism and care that stood out the most.

Amazing massage by Laura—she is truly one of the best therapists I’ve ever had. She is intuitive, kind, and incredibly experienced, and the entire session was exceptional.

The front desk team is also outstanding. Eunice, Lori, and Andreia are incredible at what they do and consistently go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and well taken care of.

Absolutely amazing experience. Laura is so attentive and good at deep tissue. She cared about my allergy and checked in with me just enough during the massage. Entire staff was kind and with it. Best part of the entire hotel. Highly recommend.
