Went here for my first massage ever and wow it was amazing!! I highly recommend Evie, she was so nice and communicative and made me feel comfortable. The lobby and locker room are beautiful and I loved the comfy waiting area. Also the receptionist who checked me in was very nice and welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

This was probably my fifth visit to Soho Sanctuary. I used to go on my work trips to NYC and have really missed it! I was in town for fun so made sure to carve out time for a 90 minute hot towel massage - which in my opinion - is one the best massage treatments anywhere! The name of the spa fits - it truly is a sanctuary. Quiet and calm - never feel rushed. The therapists who work here are top notch! Highly recommend!

THIS IS A SOHO GEM. My friend and I had a relaxing Saturday planned in Soho so we booked massages at Soho Sanctuary as part of our itinerary, Shiatsu for her and Deep Tissue for me. Customer service at the front desk was friendly and efficient, the place is clean, well-kept, and nice inside. It's also super quiet so it really is a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Soho. Beatriz was my masseuse and she was amazing - she was very effective on my areas of tension and I felt loosened up afterwards.
