I was very disappointed by the attitude from Liliana, Dr. Katchen's assistant. I had reached out to obtain a product for one of their high profile clients, and even knowing this, she was extremely rude, snotty, & condescending. She didn't listen to me or the situation, and hung up the phone when she was finished talking. Hopefully she sees this and realizes she shouldn't treat people that way. I have met children with better manners than her.

Love this place!!!! I have been getting facials at Skin Care Lab for the last 5 years, the only place i will ever go to in the city! The staff is super kind, the facilities are very clean and the products are very high end.

The facials here are fantastic. The aesthetician always takes her time to make you feel at ease, so not only are you getting great skin care, you're managing to have a relaxing time while you're at it.
