I have been a longtime customer of Robert Marc NYC, especially at 190 Columbus Ave. I have a very strong and complicated prescription and this is the only place that gets it perfect, every time!! The quality of the lenses themselves are superior to any other place Ive gone. Plus, the frames are beautiful. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have a million positive things to say about this brand and this boutique (particularly Natella, who works at this location). I have an extremely strong prescription, probably one of the strongest they’ve worked with, and they do a superb job every time. Huge shout-out to Natella, who is so helpful, knowledgeable and kind, and makes my life so much easier just by ensuring that my glasses are always on point! Highly recommend Robert Marc and this location!

I have been a customer of Robert Marc on Columbus Avenue for many years, both for non-prescription sunglasses as well as for prescription eyeglasses. Their frame selection is great, and their customer service is even better. The store manager, Cindy, and all the Sales Associates are friendly, knowledgeable, and always eager to assist, even if it’s just for a minor frame adjustment. It’s why I keep going back!
