Was not happy with the overall care of my loved one (Mother) and the way they prepared her facial features such as sagging smile as well as her face, it seemed like the whole service was generic and not at all professional not to mention half the staff didn't speak English, advice go with McConnell don't make the same mistake I did, because it' can't be fixed.
This is by far one of the most difficult reviews I’ve written given the circumstances. My mother in law passed away due to this COVID-19 pandemic. As you all know funeral homes got crowded overnight. I walked in after calling so many places. Mr. Roel who is the funeral manager was in my opinion very polite and understanding. I know some of you are going to think “Yeah right he’s only trying to appeal to you for your business”. Quite frankly you couldn’t be furthest from the truth. In a time like the one we are facing. The only funeral home opened in Manhattan when the Covid 19 pandemic began Mr.Romel was very professipnal and I would say that he treated me like family he himself went to look for my mother although I had never experience my relatives say that this man was very professional there will be many circumstances that will be different in a funeral service but in that funeral home everything was a five stars service
