Rivera Funeral Home Inc. provides excellent and professional service. The staff is very friendly, efficient, and offers very good treatment. They take care of all the details with wonderful guidance and are fair in handling arrangements. During sad moments, their director ensures everything is in order and incredible. The experience is highly recommended, with many stating they would never go to another funeral home.

In one of the most sad moments in my life, the people in charge of this funeral home, Mrs. Icelsa and Mr. Rodriguez, were excellent, their guidance, treatment and professionalism were excellent. A while ago we used the Ortiz funeral home on Broadway and everything was a disaster, but here since I made the arrangements with Mrs. Icelsa to the cemetery that Mr. Rodriguez was, his director was incredible, that Lord made sure that no car was lost and the words that he said at my father's grave made me cry with tears. As human as he was, he would never go to another funeral home other than that RIVERA on St.Nicholas Ave.
Was not happy with the overall care of my loved one (Mother) and the way they prepared her facial features such as sagging smile as well as her face, it seemed like the whole service was generic and not at all professional not to mention half the staff didn't speak English, advice go with McConnell don't make the same mistake I did, because it' can't be fixed.
