chop shop nail salon. some of the nail techs know what they're doing but many do not. The work is messy and rushed and looks like they have no training. I used to trust coming in for something simple like a basic gel mani/pedi but its not worth the overpriced mess.

I come here every two weeks and have been a customer for 10 years. They listen and do a great job. I don’t feel nervous having to speak up if i don’t like a style and sometimes whoever does the manicure will do nice designs for no extra charge. They handle disrespect very well, any loud or ghetto individuals that ruin the experience for others get politely shooed away. Homeless people asking for money or selling stolen goods? They get kicked out. Overall it is a place i love going because I can relax and look pretty when I come out.

I hate giving a bad review but by far the worst gel manicure in my life :/ I’m sure there are good technicians too but the one who worked on me did a terrible job. She had to redo one nail 3 times, there was gel stuck to my cuticles all around my nails but after the 3rd redo I just wanted to get out of there. She was also super rude and kept rolling her eyes at me and muttering.. not a good experience :/
