They overcharged everything and the quality of the service didn’t match with the money you paid. They’re not even try to be friendly. 2 stars because at least the salon looks decent enough.
This is where I go, my first choice. Ask for Tim. He's so fast, clean beautiful cuticles, quick with random beautiful nail designs. People say they pricey, but it's really $5-8 more than other places, depending on what you want.
