This is without the very best shop in the the city. The vibe is so relaxed, friendly, warm, personable, you immediately feel very comfortable and know that you are in good hands. Tim has created and curated this environment for his customers. I started going to Tim about a year ago, right after a really bad barber had literally chopped my hair in so many layers that it is hard to describe what it looked like, but trust me it was not good. I found Tim at Public Image and within 7 months he had somehow managed to get my hair back in shape. I know how he managed, he is an expert when it comes to cutting hair. Great costumer service and the ambiance of the place was spot on. The owner of the shop Tim (also the person who worked on my hair) did an amazing job of communicating with me in regards to what was best for my hair and my overall expectations. He gave me a consultation upon my arrival and threw in a free hair treatment! The end product was just perfect! I received tons of compliments on my hair the following day as well. I would definitely come back for touch ups and a hair cut. Highly recommend this place!
