They are very disrespectful and do not help with any questions. And leave your patience without and aide for weeks at a time. And they need to so better as a company.thry need to hire more people in the office to help out . The office people complain to mich that no help and New York does not care and I see.
My experience with this agency has been disappointing due to the lack of professionalism among several staff members. Phone calls are never returned l, and when I contact the office, the receptionist transfer me to extensions of case work goes to voicemail, but the case workers do not follow up. The overall communication and responsiveness have been very poor. However, I want to acknowledge that the sides assigned to me have been excellent. Their work and dedication are greatly appreciate. One other major factor when aide calls out absence coverage on weekend does not call clients.
Beware of his home care agency. I’ve been there since September 2023 and as of April 2024 I finally got an assignment after having issues with the app. I was unable to clock out and when I called my care coordinator to resolve the issue I got no response. Then I called payroll they never returned the call, it’s now May 2024 and I haven’t gotten paid unfortunately the only assignments they offer are three hours and four hours assignments. Do Not register with this agency. The staff is horrible and very unorganized.
