When my mother died about 9 years ago, my brothers and I worried about our eldest brother. We wanted to find some sort of assisted living situation for him as he was unable to care for himself independently. However, he was determined to stay in our family home.Lean on We was a lucky find. He had a caregiver, Charmaine, who came to the house three times per week. She drove him to his appointments and around town as needed. She made sure that there was food in the house. She was easy to be in touch with and called whenever there was an issue or problem.Thanks to this arrangement, my brother was able to live the way he wanted until his death. The professional staff at Lean on We made process of finding a caregiver quick and easy. They were with us every step of the way. We can't rave too much about the people and the process.

in a time of crisis, Lean on We was professional, timely, and clear with what I needed to do to get an aide in my parents house. It allowed my mother to interview the aides so she could see the choices. My contact at Lean on We stayed in touch through out our learning journey of having an aide.
