Finding an aide who would match well was easy with the biographies and videos with the suggested aides from Lean on We. I had a choice and knew who was arriving. The aide was prompt and able to readily assist my husband.

We highly recommend the Lean on We team! When our elderly mom lost the ability to drive and handle other daily responsibilities, we really didn’t know where to turn. A friend told us about Lean on We and we were able to choose from list of qualified and vetted people with varied skills and backgrounds. The companion we found for mom was everything we hoped she would be and we are eternally grateful to the Lean on We team.
