Pro- It’s the nearest agency to my home.Cons- It’s just so unprofessional on many levels.A. The onboarding process took forever. Even though I brought all my papers, they lost some of it. And these are not just random documents—my social security and bank info was on the documents, so for it to be lost within the agency is just simply unacceptable.B. There is no way of contacting the coordinators via email. As a person who has worked in customer service for many years, I’ve just don’t get why we can’t email them?C.
