“In July we went for our vacation to Canada and America, while visiting NYC with our dog we were looking for daycare. City Tails NYC responded quick on our request by email.
Our labradoodle Mick was very welcome so we had our hands free to explore the city that never sleeps. Mick had two great days and the staff took very good care of him, we are thankful.

He started forming a mat on his belly that neither of us had the confidence to deal with, so I reached out to Allie. I was able to schedule an appointment a week after contacting her. Allie took care of Freddie professionally and efficiently, and also gave us some tips to help reduce the likelihood of matting in the future.“

“The owner takes a lot of pride in striving for five star service with both grooming and day care. Friendly staff, and excellent accommodations. Had a groom I needed for my mini schnauzer, and although they had to cancel last minute due to a conflict within their staff, the owner went over and beyond to make it up to me. Can't expect perfection all the time, but the way a business handles customer inconvenience speaks volumes to the character of their business and service. Camp canine did just that. Highly recommended!“

“Atsuko visited for a consultation about my cat. My cat has lost a lot of weight. I have a veterinarian for medical treatment, but was at the point where I really needed more help. Atsuko has a strong feeling for animals. She made suggestions for ways to feed (not type of food, just how to provide the food), litter box placement, and calmed this anxious cat-mom down. Although she does not advertise it, she is an "animal-empath". I tried the ways of feeding and the litterboxes and other suggestions. So far, the results are good! Lily seems far more contented.“

“We love Puppy Tale Lodge! This place is a gem. The staff is unbelievably kind, caring, and patient. We love how they let our large dog roam around after his bath instead of keeping him crated up. He always smells fantastic after. They do a great job cleaning his ears and cutting his nails. You can tell they really care for the dogs and like what they do. Would recommend to all looking for any grooming service. We feel so comfortable leaving our dog here for a few hours. They offer optional payment through an app, and notify you when your dog needs to be picked up. Puppy Tale Lodge also ensures all vaccinations are up to date which we really appreciate.“

“Just moved to the city and discovered Honey’s! She did an amazing job grooming my Samoyed and her care was super evident. He had surgery a few months ago so I asked her to be gentle around his incision. Her salon is also very clean and spacious. Will def come back!“
