I searched high and low for a hair salon that could cut curls for a bi-racial teen and did we hit a jackpot! After researching and reading reviews, I settled for stylist, Anila to style my niece's overgrown mane.

They have a small waiting area that offers unlimited water, coffee and tea. The salon has generous space and easy to get to via public transportation. The products they sell are reasonably priced and they don't do hard sales.

Anila was the ultimate professional, with a lot of knowledge on how to care for her hair. She was kind and patient, thought my niece how to care for her hair and was able to calm her nerves by being kind and funny.

Absolutely love Ouidad!!! This is my 3rd time and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my cuts and highlights. Rhea is absolutely amazing! Can’t recommend enough <3

The best place for curly hair of all textures. I’ve been using Ouidad Salon for almost 20 years now. It was a revelation the first time I got a cut that was meant for my hair texture. They really know what they are doing. They are absolutely expensive but worth going less often but getting it done right. I recommend the stylist Mirsada. She’s been doing my hair for about ten years and always knows how to make it what I want and easy to care for.
