Hayato is such a gem in NYC. The vibe is always calm and everyone there is attentive and positive. It’s not that chaotic salon vibe that leaves you feeling rushed. Tim listens to me and executes the exact color and cut that I want! I have long hair which he cuts with precision and care. A good cut makes a big difference! My hair grows out looking better until the next cut.

I had the Japanese head spa experience with Daichi and it was absolutely wonderful!!! It was so informative, thorough, and relaxing. Daichi took his time in analyzing my hair and explaining his treatment plan for me, and his massage was excellent. The atmosphere was great as well — a private room with steam for my scalp, aromatherapy, and a studio ghibli playlist for the music. Would 10/10 recommend, especially for the price.
