The Madison Avenue (68th store) was very efficient. And it’s excellent that you can have your lenses replaced in expensive sunglasses (dropped mine on the sidewalk and they got scratched). Only complaints are service was a bit slow and there’s no public bathroom. But otherwise great.
Elisabeth is fantastic. She is such a pleasure to work with, so knowledgable about Oliver Peoples, and fits you for the perfect glasses. I wouldn't by glasses from anyone else.
