Great service, dry cleaning done on premises. Also great job doing basic tailoring. Mr Kim has always done right by us over the years for laundry (shirts), dry cleaning and alterations.

New York City prices, but for excellent service — the folks who work there are friendly, your clothes are always on time, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is perfectly ironed and that wear and tear is so thoughtfully mended. Highly, highly recommend !

Ruined a custom-dyed silk dress. Said if I wanted the full price reimbursed I would have to sue in small claims court in order for their insurance to cover it. I think the owner was sincere in his desire to help, but seriously...ugh. Regular shirts and whatever are no problem, but don't go here for any special clothing.
