I just moved to the area and have been sending laundry twice a month and I tip well. Sadly enough, two bags of clothes have turned up missing. I would never go back or recommend anyone else does if you value your belongings. So annoyed.

This place charged my card for service that I used MONTHS ago and said their “systems were down”. But your systems weren’t down when you actually took the money out of my card to begin with...I have the receipts of you guys taking the money out of my card when I first did my laundry, now you wanna charge me again saying it was a system error. That’s not my problem!! My problem is y’all stealing peoples money and lying about a system crash when you were eager to take my money before.... NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! When I went there, there were MULTIPLE people sitting around and talking with no masks, and eating and drinking too. Horrible...read full review
