    Boaz is as serious as it gets when it comes to cross fitness training, but he never pushes a client so far that it might cause injury. He is extremely knowledgeable about physiology (and music!) and his dry wit is sure to elicit laughter from any client while working out. His staff is highly professional and yet easygoing. The gym is well-equipped and clean, with fresh towels and protein shakes always available for the taking.

    I’ve been training with Charlie for almost a year now, and our sessions are honestly the best part of my week. He’s incredibly attuned to what I need and what I’m capable of, and always pushes me the right amount. He’s motivating and makes every session enjoyable. The entire Nimble community is fantastic—I knew it would be the right fit from my initial assessment with Daniel. I truly couldn’t recommend Nimble more highly.

    I have been working out with Ian Kurtz for almost a year. I was having some orthopedic issues and my doctor referred me to Nimble. I have to say that in my late 60's, I am feeling so strong now- thanks to my incredible trainer. Ian's encouragement and careful guidance has helped me reach my training goals. I have been a lifetime athlete, skier and runner, and am feeling stronger than I have in years. Ian put together a training plan that focuses on core strength, thoughtful exercises to stabilize around my structural vulnerabilities, while building overall agility and cardio endurance.
