So I waited 3 weeks for things to improve as I was told they would. Nada. 41/3 The sauna and steam room and still closed by Board of Health due to a missing match on the name of the permit. I want a refund for the past month. I got used to less equipment and missing handles so we have to share but having half the showers not work nor the steam or sauna is too much. Who do I see for a months refund?
Place is extremely outdated and run down. Locker room is filthy, towel bins over flowing, towels and trash all over the floors. Gym is laid out extremely weird. Not big weight room. Two flat bench and one incline. First and last time coming here.
Thief if what they are!! They charged you whatever they want. The manager is worst than the previous. Absolutely bad customer service. Old equipment. Go equinox. Even Planet fitness is better than this filthy place. Never resolved the problem with the money stolen from my account THIEF. NYSC IS ONE OF THE MOST DISHONEST companies ever. I suppose paid 80 they charged me twice $120. The manager she doesn't care ..
