New Westside Cleaners offers great laundry drop-off and dry cleaning services. Located conveniently, it is reasonably priced and the staff are professional and courteous. Customers have received quick service, often same day, with good value for money. With over 15 years of positive experiences, customers are happy with the dry cleaning and alterations, making it a trusted choice for quality service.
I have been coming here for three years and today saw they raised the cost on the dryers which is kinda insane- $1.00 for 10 min? it used to be .25!!!!! for 5 minutes!!! also .25 more for the little box of bleach. Thats a 25% increase to your customers! I realize everything is more expensive these days because we refuse to stop printing money and funding...you get it, however- when half the machines aren't in operation half the time- it's not the best. Anyone know a good laundromat on UWS?
This place is not as good as has to be.
The place is not clean perfectly.

Very hot inside because of dryers, during summer.
In general, laundry and dryer machines are old but they work good.
Prices are good:
$4 small washer.
$6 medium washer.
$8.5 large washer.
$0.25 for 5 minutes dryer.
This may be the best dry cleaner in all of Manhattan. They actually care about their customers and we have never ever had an issue with our dry-cleaning, laundry, repairs, or alterations. And they are a wonderful family to boot.
