Truly the best laundry service on UWS. Have been doing wash and fold there for 4+ years. Never have ruined anything. They are so kind, easy to work with and super friendly. They do delivery, which has saved me multiple times. Also amazing tailor services if you are looking.
Renee, Miguel and Alex are amazing! They always can accommodate picking up and delivering my laundry on time and are so hospitable. It is so hard to find a laundry mat or service that has free next day delivery. When I was a first time customer, I had my own laundry bag but they provided me a larger bag for free. My clothes are always cleaned, dried, and not even a sock goes missing. I highly recommend Oxford cleaners!
I have been using their services for a few months and I have been really impressed by their genuine customer care. Friendly, respectful, punctual, and very attentive to the customer's needs. Their laundry service is excellent, and their prices reasonable and honest. I really cannot thank them enough!
