Made an appointment with with Jhenelle. Took the deposit and money for services, and didn't show. Also I lost the money for the space I booked, so out of $900 unrecovered. Business address checked different than Yelp address. 39 W 29th St. | Suite 609 | NY, NY | 10001 | from my email and yelp says something else (236 5th Ave Ste 407 New York, NY 10001)

Buyer beware!! I was actually very happy with the makeup and hair provided. However, in the last few months since then my credit card has been charged an additional 12 times. Do NOT give this your credit card information. I also have tried emailing and calling multiple times attempting to resolve this problem but have gotten no response from them.

This company is VERY… Very Versatile !!! I love how they run and operate with other clients and even myself… the professionalism and authenticity is what sets them apart from other top tier companies in the “running” with them!!! All love 💯💯
