Nail Mood Beauty Lounge provides amazing service. The nail techs do a great job and the salon is clean. They offer a great spa pedicure and hard gel manicure. The team is polite, patient, and kind. The salon has a beautiful interior and is very clean. The staff is friendly and the customer service is outstanding. They pay attention to detail and use high-quality products. Many customers love supporting this business and wish them continued success. The salon is considered the best nail salon on the Upper East Side, and customers definitely come back again.
I got a manicure (with cat’s eye) and a pedicure. I am very satisfied with my gel manicure, Wendy did such a great job and was very detailed and gentle with my nails. Best manicure I’ve had in the city so far. Staff overall is very nice and attentive.
The only feedback I’d give is that my pedicure, done by a different nail tech, felt a bit rushed, and I noticed some bubbles in my pedicure once I got home. Regardless, I would still come back!
I have been going here monthly for almost 9 months and am always so appreciative of the amazing service. The nail techs all do a great job and the salon is so clean. I especially love their spa pedicure
They always go above and beyond- on my most recent visit not only did they stay open late for me, but they gave me an umbrella because it was raining and made sure I got home safe since it was late.
$25 for set removal only, confirmed price is on top of any new manicure. Polite experience, but unfortunately did not pass my test. Yellow flags: Heard a different price at the start, two separate techs worked on the job of one, massage wordlessly attempted. I value transparency and personally avoid salons that exhibit these behaviors, but overall am neutral about this one. Hope that helps.
