Halina is a pleasure to work with, she is readily available and has great ideas.
She did a gut renovation on my pre war apartment, keeping the original details intact and even reproducing a complicated 4 part molding in a wall we put up.
Her team is top notch, they were able to do everything that I requested, and come up with ideas and work arounds for tricky and unanticipated situations.
Unlike previous contractors that I’ve worked with, Halina stuck around after the job was complete to fix and tweak small issues that we noticed after moving in.

Choosing to work with Halina and the Aspiro team was the best decision we made when we began our renovation. Halina has traits that most General Contractors do not have: she has excellent attention to detail, she is a thorough communicator, she is organized, and she has a great eye for design and aesthetics. She is also all together a nice person and we genuinely enjoyed working with her. I cannot recommend Aspiro renovations enough! See photos attached (with one “after” — an amazing transformation!). We are still working on picking out lights for the kitchen (our fault, not Halina’s!) but it still looks great!
Highly recommended! I used Aspiro to renovate my basement, a complicated job involving structural issues, heating, cooling, leveling, new electrical, plumbing, and more. Aspiro handled everything professionally and when problems came up, as they inevitably do on any construction project, Aspiro always stood by its work and made everything right. Easy to deal with, responsive, good idea and design, helpful input. I would use Aspiro again and recommend it for any renovation project.
