“Anyone can say that they run an honest business, but the employees at Fix And GO show it! I brought my phone in with extremely extensive damage. Youssef gave me the free diagnostic test and discovered that there was serious damage to certain components. He then spent days ordering parts and attempting a difficult fix, and when things didn't work out (not his fault, but due to the damage of the phone), he refused to accept any payment for days of work. The whole time, he answered my phone calls and even showed me the workings of my phone to explain what he was doing. These are the honest people that you want working on your precious devices. I will definitely go back to Fix and GO if need help with my phone again!

I recommend calling ahead of time and verifying that they have the parts, the price and can fix your device(s).

Once the part(s), price and time are confirmed you can just head into a location and drop your phone off.

You will need to allow for about 10 to 20 minutes once you arrive because other customers may be dropping off their phones and need to be logged into the system and pay which takes about 5 to 10 minutes a customer.

My Samsung phones have a repair mode which allows them to repair your phone without going into or seeing your personal data. You should hopefully not have to backup any data.

My repairs were not severe....2 cracked backs of 2 of my phones got repaired....and my sons PS5 HDMI port was repaired as well. Thank you guys for all your help! Happy New Year!!!“

“I came here to have the battery on my iPhone replaced. It was $10 cheaper than Apple doing- not sure it’s worth the savings as Apple certifies everything and the new battery I got is recognized as not Apple. Screen/water damage etc. is likely a lot more of a savings here.

It was convenient though and the owner replaced the battery in 40 minutes. Afterwards the lock button and volume buttons didn’t work. Really odd issue but I brought it back the next day and with a new internal cable everything works great, phone stays charged and he stood behind his work and didn’t charge for the fix.“
