I went from hopeless to completely relieved. I cracked my screen and couldn't retrieve some photos from a recent significant event in my life that happened the day before (and had not uploaded to the iCloud yet). They fixed my phone in 10 minutes and it was as good as new.

Great Place I had to fix a board issue on my iPhone and they did a excellent job all of my information and photos was saved, did not lose a thing. So I highly recommend this place for phone issues other that screen repair.

I was so excited to see so many great reviews and sent my phone here. For the price, it seemed like a good deal. When I got my phone back, it looked great but I soon realized the screen was not snapped into the base of the phone from 4 spots. When I attempted to pop it in, the screen shattered completely and all the pixels died on half of the screen. The quality of the replacement screen was just not very good, and while the popping it back in was my decision, on a normal iPhone screen, it would not have snapped (I've tried).
