Had some issues with my appointment/ insurance from the back and forth with them & the orthopedics office but everyone was friendly & think there was just misunderstandings. I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I interacted with 3 people. All we're nice & friendly. Easy to communicate with etc. Was seen on time. Radiologist was great as I had a panick attack in the middle of my session. Unless there ends up being an issue with my results I would recommend this place.

Per my insurance this facility was a lower cost option for me than the hospital facility for a sinus ct scan. Overall, I had a good experience here from standpoint of ease of booking, check in and friendliness and competence of the scan tech. I had to wait a little while for my scan CD but it wasn't anything to dissuade me from using this place again if I need something simple. Aesthetically in waiting area, hallways and bathrooms it dated is a bit depressing so I could see that the lack of improvements may factor into the cost difference here vs other facilities. I waited to write this review until I heard from my Dr that the disc was readable. For me, requesting the CD of the scan and dropping at my doc located around the corner was faster than waiting up to 5 days for them to send to my doc. That might not be ideal if your doc is not nearby.

Walked in at 4pm for an X-Ray, an hour before closing. Front desk was efficient in processing me for an appointment. The X-ray technician knows what he's doing. One star off for the Lennox Hill record processing system (which the front desk staff has to compensate for). Despite already being in the system for regular mammograms, I still have to present insurance and ID. Not helpful for a busy office like this one.Would recommend but understand that the competent staff has to work with the shortcomings of the IT/record systems.
